The HIV/AIDS Twinning Center supports twinning and volunteer activities as part of the implementation of the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief in high-burden countries around the globe.

Currently, the Twinning Center manages partnerships and initiatives in 12 nations, 11 of which are situated in sub-Saharan Africa.
